PROBLEM: Typical spas are like lying comatose (yawn) and are mostly catered to a upper class, non-diverse, slimmer audience who are believed to have the time and luxury to indulge. INSIGHT: Gen Z believes self care is a necessity, not a luxury, but are often faced with obstacles that stop them from being able to indulge in it regularly, as well as be active participants in their self care practices.
